Candle Massage in Tunbridge Wells

Candle massage uses a purpose-made massage candle that melts into a warm, nourishing oil. The oil is poured directly onto the skin at a comfortable temperature and worked in with slow, flowing strokes.

The warmth is what sets it apart. It softens the muscle quickly and makes the whole treatment feel enveloping — one of the most comforting things we offer, and a favourite through the colder months.

Questions

Candle Massage FAQs

Is the candle oil hot?

No. Massage candles melt at a low temperature and your therapist checks it before it touches your skin. It feels pleasantly warm.

What is in the candle?

Ask us when you call and we'll tell you which massage candle we're using and how it smells.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Let us know before your treatment and we will advise on the options available.

How is it different from Thai oil massage?

The technique is similarly flowing and relaxing; the difference is the warm, richer oil melted fresh from the candle.
