- Your therapist tests the temperature before pouring — it should feel warm, never hot.
- You undress to your comfort level and are covered with towels apart from the area being worked.
- The treatment follows long, connected strokes at a light to medium pressure.
- Tell your therapist if you would prefer more or less warmth at any point.
